Subscriber Ticket Exchanges
If you have a season ticket but can't come on your regular night, you may exchange your ticket for another performance of the same production, provided that seats are available. The exchange request will only be processed once we receive the original ticket in the box office, and that must occur at least 48 hours before the performance date shown on the ticket. This may only be done once per production.
