How Do I Get Tickets? Purchase Online Our web site offers secure online transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A convenience charge of $1 per order will apply to tickets purchased on line. Please note: Season Ticket purchases or renewals may be made in person or on the phone only. Purchase by Phone By calling 250-862-2867 Tuesday through Saturday from 11am til 6pm (closed 2-3pm).  A convenience charge of $1 per order will apply to tickets purchased by phone. Purchase in Person Open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am til 6 pm. (closed 2-3pm) and located at 1379 Ellis Street. * A CIF charge of $2 per ticket will apply to all purchases.

Do you have wheelchair accessible seating?

Wheelchair access is limited and based upon availability. Please call the box office at 250-862-2867 in advance to place your request.


Do you have a ‘babes in arms’ policy?

All children are required to have tickets and separate seats. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.  For the comfort and enjoyment of our patrons, Kelowna Actors Studio adheres to a strict NO BABES IN ARMS policy.


Do you have discounts for groups?

Discount group reservations for 10 or more people are available for many Actors Studio performances. Group packages may include ticket discounts or post show cast 'meet & greet'. To start planning, contact our box office by email or call 250-862-2867. Corporate bookings and groups over 50 please contact Rick Worrall by email or call 250-862-2867, x202.


Does Actors Studio have gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards may be purchased in any amount and are redeemable for most events held at Actors Studio and onsite bar/concession purchases. Call 250-862-2867 for more information.


How should we dress?

The great thing about theatre is that it attracts such a wide variety of people from very different backgrounds.  We encourage you to come to the theatre in what makes  you comfortable.  For some that is an evening gown or tux and for others its a pair of their favourite jeans.

Tickets are only good for the specific performance designated and are not for resale.  Theatre Etiquette For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our patrons, please refrain from the use of cell-phones or pagers. Due to allergy concerns, the use of perfumes and scents should be kept to a minimum. No outside food or drink is permitted in the theatre. Cameras and camcorders are prohibited in the theatre during performance. Shows and prices subject to change based on  performance rights availability.
