Subscriber Frequently Asked Questions

How do I exchange my tickets?
Subscribers are entitled to one free exchange per production to another performance of the same production. If tickets need to be exchanged for a second time, a service charge of $3 will be applied.   

To exchange your tickets simply call or visit the Box Office at 250-862-2867 at least 48 hours prior to the performance and our Box Office Manager will be pleased to make the exchange for you.  Exchanges without the original tickets are not permitted.

How do I purchase extra tickets or register for classes with my subscriber discount?
Call or visit the box office and we will process your order with the 10% discount.  Subscriber discounts cannot be done online

What do I do if I lose my subscription tickets?
If your tickets are lost we will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring photo I.D and, if applicable, the credit card used to order the tickets to the box office and we will re-print your tickets.
